Dr Ong and his team have made what is likely the most challenging time of my life more manageable. I have the utmost faith in Dr Ong and his expert advice, care and treatment. He listens to my concerns and questions, and remembers even the small details that I just mention in passing. My scars are barely visible six months after my surgery!

His team, especially Zhiqi, are empathetic, efficient and extremely patient- focused. They do everything they can to make any procedure easy for their patients, from securing appointments to registering and handling payments.

Most importantly, I find the mood of the clinic a breath of fresh air. Given the seriousness of the conditions they handle, they still manage to put smiles on their faces and interact with you with kindness. They treat me like a friend or even family, which has helped me tremendously as I was going through treatment.
