Dear Dr Ong, I would like to thank you for the medical care and treatment you have given to me. We first met on 23 Mar 2021 late evening, during my admission at the Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital, when you received a call and referral from Dr. Nair about my breast condition after my MRI and X-ray. You came to see me at late hours to share with me what you are worried about for my condition which I very much appreciate the concerns from you specially at this late hour. My subsequent operations were done at the Mount Alvernia because of your understanding and flexibility as I was very much concerned about the medical cost and claims. The operation went very well and thanks to your medical care, professional skill and tender loving care, there was no mark or scar left behind and I recovered faster than I can imagine. My mom was diagnosed with breast cancer last year. Then one of my mom’s friend introduced us to Dr. Ong. But since we live in Jakarta and due to covid, we couldn’t fly to Singapore to consult with him directly. However, Dr. Ong kindly let us consult with him via zoom and he referred us to a chemo doctor in Jakarta. Luckily, 5 months after my mom’s chemo, Dr. Ong told us there is a possibility that my mom can fly to Singapore for the surgery. He willingly helped us to write a waiver to Singapore government and guided us through everything until finally my mom was able to come to Singapore to do the surgery with Dr. Ong. Along the journey, Dr. Ong always gave encouragement, assurance, and positivity to my mom. I still remember my dad even told me that Dr. Ong brought him breakfast and coffee few times when my dad accompanied my mom in the hospital. It is such a blessing for us to have met Dr. Ong and his team. They’ve been nothing but super helpful, caring, thoughtful and always give comfort to my mom whenever she feels down. I can’t thanked Dr. Ong enough for his sincerity for helping my mom since the very start. Hopefully we can meet again in 6 months for my mom’s check-up 🤞😊

I went to Dr Ong with a bad case of mastitis, there was a huge breast abscess due to the blocked milk getting infected. It looked like surgery would be the only option but Dr Ong was able to clear out the infection with a few rounds of needle aspiration and saved me from surgery. Due to this, I could continue breastfeeding my baby. Had a really good experience with him. His staff is excellent as well!
