Dr Ong is a real gem! Last month, my helper needed to see a breast surgeon for a lump and Dr Ong came highly recommended by my friend who is a doctor. I was unable to accompany her for the visit due to work commitments. After the consultation, Dr Ong called me and explained the situation in detail, and was very friendly and generous with his time. When he found out that she had to wait over a month to get an appointment at a public hospital due to the Covid-19 situation, he offered to perform the vacuum assisted biopsy for her at a much reduced rate so that she could enjoy peace of mind and not be worried sick for the next 2 months. The biopsy was scheduled very promptly and the lump was removed in a non-invasive manner. Within 1 day, the results came back and the lump was found to be benign, thankfully! Throughout the whole process, Dr Ong was very communicative and reassuring. He has a really generous heart and truly cares for his patients. His bedside manners are great too. I would highly recommend Dr Ong to anyone who needs a breast surgeon.

Dr Ong is a meticulous doctor with a great sense of humour. He makes sure to understand my case and was very instrumental in helping me make intelligent decisions about my treatment protocol. There is always an air of positivity and energy about him, which is greatly contagious.
