Dr. Ong’s first impression immediately gave me the comfort in the midst of the overwhelming news about cancer cells found in my right breast. Me and my husband immediately felt the confidence in him, that he really knows what he’s talking about. His cheerful personality lifts my spirit up every time I see him. For the first time, doctor’s appointment does not feel draggy. I look forward to my appointments as if I’m visiting a long time friend.
I know I’m in good hands, hence I felt calm and confident with all the treatments I have to go through. He is really a highly recommended breast specialist.
His medical assistant, Zhiqi, is also exceptional. She is super friendly from the very first time meeting her. She is also very helpful in any way she can. She held my hand before the surgery began to ensure I was calm. This really touched my heart and comforted me.
The rest of the staffs in the clinic are all friendly and a great help too.
