Dr Ong was highly recommended to me by my gynae. Indeed, he lives up to his reputation. When I consulted him for a second opinion, I find him to be very sharp clinically. When he recommended surgery, I did not hesitate as I trusted in his assessment and skills. What makes the entire journey easier is the friendly and cheerful demeanour of Dr Ong and his helpful team of staff. I especially want to shout out a big thanks to Dr Ong for acknowledging how anxious I’ve been throughout this process by taking the extra effort to inform me the biopsy results as soon as it was available. I would like to end with this quote from William Osler – “The good physician treats the disease; the GREAT physician treats the patient who has the disease.” Dr Ong – you are indeed the GREAT physician!
