I went to see Dr. Ong for second opinion and from my first consultation he has put me at ease not only with his vast knowledge and experience but his patience, easy-going, and approachable nature. He meticulously went through the test results I brought with me and explained them to me one by one. He also explained to me my options for surgery and breast reconstruction – implant or tissue – and the impact on my muscles for breast reconstruction using tissue from other parts of my body as I play tennis.

After the surgery, my concerns were always promptly addressed even after work hours. This made me feel assured and I really appreciate it.  

I would also like to thank Zhiqi who took care of me post-ops and all the other staffs who makes every visit to the clinic very pleasant.

I am grateful to have this journey with Dr. Ong and I would highly recommend him not only for his knowledge and expertise but most importantly for his sincere and caring heart.
