Dr Ong was reassuring during consultations, and his laughter and positive attitude puts me at ease. 5 minutes into the consultation, I intuitively knew that I am in good hands. I would also like to commend Dr Ong’s surgical skills. My post surgery recovery was smooth and the surgical wound healed very well.
