Dr Ong is a seasoned and assuring specialist. I had gynaecomastia which is uncommon but he was able to identify and explain the symptoms/ conditions of what I had been experiencing in the past few months extremely well even on the first visit. His experience and explanations helped to allay a lot of my fear. Upon exploring the various options of treatment, I have decided to do an excision of the lump.

Dr Ong had done a good job at it – (1) the scar was minimal and almost not visible as it was along the natural contour of the nipple, and (2) no loss of sensation at all which was a potential risk for such surgery.

Thanks to Dr Ong, life has gone back to normal as if this didn’t happened. Extremely grateful for having Dr Ong in this treatment journey, for providing clear explanations of the condition, allaying of my concerns and extremely skilful surgery.
