I stumbled across Dr Ong’s clinic randomly with no friends recommendation or referral as I needed urgent medical attention to my breast infection. I felt grateful that I ended up with Dr Ong! Not just Dr Ong himself, all the staff at the clinic are friendly and very reassuring, not to mention efficient in both treatment and administrative matters.
Dr Ong is skilled and knowledgeable so I felt assured regarding his professional opinions.
Also, Dr Ong and staff went an extra mile. I cannot stress enough how grateful I am to them. From ensuring that I can schedule my surgery ASAP, to answer my queries on insurance, to ensuring that I have enough food prior to my surgery. I was feeling emotionally down having to deal with breast infection post partum but the staff were really sweet and caring that it made my trip to the doctor really REALLY enjoyable.
