Dr Ong is thorough and accurate in my diagnosis since my very first visit with him. He had followed through treatment leaving no stone unturned. He listen to my concerns and provide recommendations and responses for the best course of action. In addition, Dr Ong and his nurses provide the best care. They were at the top of the game and always made my family and I feel safe and at ease in every way even when i am on the operation table. Everything happened very fast and within a week i was placed on the table yet i clearly remembered how the team managed to calm me down with all the small chats and touches.
